Our Story

If you’ve met Silvio, you’ve probably laughedand left with a new favourite drink. Raised in Naples, trained in London, and shaped by Singapore’s cocktail scene, he’s spent the last decade turning moments at the bar into cherished memories.

From his early days at The Blind Pig Soho to helping Jigger & Pony reach No. 1 at Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Silvio has always believed that hospitality is about connection first, cocktails second. Now the captain of the Cosmo Pony ship in Jakarta, he brings that same spirit to every guest who pulls up for a Tequila Cosmo (or three).
